What is ScopeMark?
ScopeMark is a software platform for Canadian construction and trades. It takes a project from an RFP (request for proposal) or a job idea to a clear scope of work, verified subcontractors, photo-proven progress and invoices that are raised automatically. ScopeMark moves no money.
ScopeMark in one minute
- You bring the work. That is either an RFP you received or a project you want to sub out.
- ScopeMark drafts the scope. Deliverables, exclusions, milestones and acceptance criteria, so everyone prices and builds the same thing.
- You sub it out. Only subcontractors you invite can see it. Bids are compared like for like.
- The work is proven. Each milestone closes with photos and a GPS check-in, and the buyer confirms it.
- The invoice is raised for you. Confirming a milestone creates its invoice. Your ERP can pull it and report payment back.

What ScopeMark is not
- Not a marketplace or directory. There is no open job board. Work is visible only to invited subcontractors.
- Not a payment service. ScopeMark never holds, moves or releases money between companies.
- Not an ERP or accounting system. It feeds them through its API instead of replacing them.
- Not an AI that decides. The AI writes drafts and summaries. People review them, and rules decide risk.

Common questions
What is ScopeMark?
ScopeMark is a software platform for Canadian construction and trades. It takes a project from an RFP (request for proposal) or a job idea to a clear scope of work, verified subcontractors, photo-proven progress and invoices that are raised automatically.
Who is ScopeMark for?
Companies that win, hire and manage trades: general contractors, property managers, facilities teams, security and life-safety firms, and owners. Their subcontractors take part by invitation. Owners, estimators, project managers and office admins each see what their role needs.
Is ScopeMark a marketplace or a directory?
No. There is no open job board and no lead selling. A subcontractor sees a company's work only after that company invites them and they accept. ScopeMark sits inside the workflow instead of beside it.
Where is ScopeMark available?
ScopeMark is built for Canada today: Canadian provinces, GST/HST and Canadian compliance documents such as WSIB in Ontario and CNESST in Quebec. More regions are on the way.
How much does ScopeMark cost?
ScopeMark is sold to companies as a monthly subscription, with plans matched to team size and the AI features a company needs. Ask us about the plan that fits your team.
