ScopeMark is a software platform for Canadian construction and trades. It takes a project from an RFP or a job idea to a clear scope, subcontractors you invite, photo-proven progress and invoices. It moves no money.
What ScopeMark is
ScopeMark is software for companies that win, hire and manage trades in Canada. It takes a project from an RFP, or from a job you want to sub out, to a clear scope of work, subcontractors you have invited and checked, photo-proven progress and an invoice for each confirmed milestone. It is built for Canadian provinces, GST/HST and Canadian compliance documents such as WSIB in Ontario and CNESST in Quebec.
Who it is for
- General contractors, property managers, facilities teams, security and life-safety firms and owners who hire trades.
- Owners, estimators, project managers and office admins, who each see what their role needs.
- Subcontractors, who join by invitation from a company they work with and use the mobile app to bid, submit milestones with photos and see their invoices.
How we build it
- ScopeMark moves no money. The buyer pays subcontractors directly and records the payment. Our only revenue is the subscription companies pay.
- The AI drafts, people decide. Scopes, RFP analysis and summaries are first drafts for a person to review. Project risk is decided by rules, and the AI only explains it.
- Findings show their source. RFP findings cite the document and page, quotes are checked against the PDF's own text, and what cannot be verified is shown as unknown.
- Two kinds of trust, kept apart. ScopeMark checks that a document is authentic and current. Each company decides whether it is acceptable for its own sites.
- Invite-only. There is no open job board and no lead selling. A subcontractor sees a company's work only after that company invites them and they accept.
- We say what we have not measured. We do not publish an accuracy figure for the AI until enough real projects have been scored.

Does ScopeMark hold or move our money?
